The Oak Cliff Assembly

The Oak Cliff Assembly has been the home for many churches since its original build in 1941. When we first entered 919 Morrell Ave, there had been roof damage that weathered the inside decades in just 10 years of no use. The property was meant to go up for public auction, but we had the opportunity to purchase the property in order to never see that outcome. We are in the process of repurposing the property into a performing arts venue, 3k sq.ft of retail space for a cafe + more, as well as 23 office spaces with a bookable conference room, communal spaces and kitchen.
