1723 Ewing is located in the Vermont Village neighborhood of Dallas. At one point this building was once a dry cleaners. Eventually the building became vacant for several years prior to Proxy purchasing the building. When purchased, the building went through a full inside and out construction. With exposed brick, polished floors, tall ceilings and an inviting bright storefront, it caught the eye of a world renowned urban planning firm. In mid 2022, Better Block moved their headquarters to this location, calling it home for several years. This property also includes the lot and the neighboring Family Dollar.
